19th Annual Finals a Huge Success
They came from all over North America - 125 of the best contestants
the gay rodeo circuit has to offer. And what a show they put
on! The crowd that came to see them certainly got their money's
worth. Crystal Marlin of Arkansas beat out Dallas' Candy Pratt
for All Around Cowgirl and perennial favorite Andy Anaya of
Wichita Falls edged Dennis Terrell of Wills Point, Texas for
All Around Cowboy.
Attendance figures set a record with the largest paid attendance
in the history of IGRA Finals. You can read the story of each

Competing in a gay rodeo is a big step for
many of our members. Which is why we are so proud of those
who are successful at it. Here are four rodeo contestants
we've followed through the course of the year as they competed
for the points necessary to be invited to the International
Gay Rodeo Finals. You've read about their wins
- and their losses - in rodeos around the country. They
were all successful this year and all received invitations
to Finals. We hope you had an opportunity to watch them
in action. If not, they'll all be back next year for another
run at it!
